eBay requires all graded cards (from all grading services) valued at $250.00 or higher to be sent to a certified "eBay Authenticity Guarantee" authenticator. According to the eBay information page, a representative from PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) will authenticate the item. They will verify that the encapsulated holder is authentic and has no evidence of tampering. The authenticator will inspect the item within one to two business days after receiving it. Once authenticated, the item will be shipped directly to the buyer with four-day or less tracked delivery. The process is intended to add an extra layer of security for both buyer and seller, but unfortunately, it does increase the amount of time it takes for customers to receive their items. We apologize for the delay, but eBay does not give us the option of whether or not to use this service. We will ship item within 1-business day of purchase to authenticators to be verified and forwarded to the purchaser in a secure and timely manner.
