Absolutely charming vintage French enamel water fountain with beautiful blue flower design. This is from France! Both pieces are to be mounted to a wall. It has some wear and patina. Although it is missing the “lid” for the top piece and possibly a piece for the spout, it is amazing none the less! These are RARE and I have yet to find one with this floral art/design. This would be stunning mounted inside on a wall with some faux greenery or flowers coming out of the top fountain!
