Parker blue 51 vac filler. Correct smooth wet medium nib. Nice imprint and "4" date code. Tool marks on the section with barrel and blind cap nice. Good for parts or a nice looking user if you have a spare cap. 

Numbers are the summer from 2022 and 2023 picks. N numbers are from 2024 purchases.
