Shipping
Due to eBay policies, all of our listings show one day shipping. However, this is incorrect.
All purchases will automatically be shipped via "USPS Priority Mail".
USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 days for delivery in most cases.
We do offer expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail Express, which can be purchased with our "Priority Mail Express Upgrade" listing.
Priority Mail Express is a guaranteed 1 day service to most of the US but some locations are 2 days.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays on USPS's end.
Orders are shipped Monday - Tuesday most weeks.
For holiday weeks, we only ship on Monday.
Orders are shipped out in the order they were received.
If your order is placed after Sunday, there is the possibility of shipment the following shipping week.
We may opt to delay shipping in cases of extreme weather conditions or severe expected delays.
We offer combined shipping on orders.
Our rates are as follows for USPS Priority Mail:
1 - 2 bettas: $16
3 - 4 bettas: $25
5 - 6 bettas: $35
7 - 8 bettas: $45
For 2 bettas, please pay shipping for one betta ($16) and choose local pickup for the second.
For 3-8 bettas, please pay shipping for two bettas ($45) and choose local pickup for the remaining bettas.
A refund will be processed for the overpaid amount by the morning of the shipment date.
For USPS Priority Mail Express, just add the price of the "Priority Mail Express Upgrade" listing to the prices above.
We pack all of our shipments in an insulated box with newspaper. Heat Pack (can be requested with a small fee).
We try our best to make sure that our bettas arrive safe and healthy.
If a betta looks sick or has significantly bitten his/her tail before shipment, we will reach out and let you know about alternatives (different betta /refund).
There are cases of tail biting caused by stress (especially with long tailed bettas).
We cannot be held responsible for tail biting during transit.
Bitten tails will grow back with time with proper water conditions and consistent feeding.
Most bettas will arrive discolored and this is completely normal.
This is caused by stress from transit and color will return fully within 48 hours.
There are outliers that will need up to a week to fully recover but most fall within the 48 hours.

DOA Policy
We guarantee live arrival of all of our bettas.
We do not accept returns due to the inherent dangers of a betta fish being subject to the stress from shipment for an extended period of time.
In the unlikely scenario of a DOA (dead on arrival), please take pictures of the betta (still in the bag) from multiple angles and send us a message.
The message must be sent to us within 2 hours of the postmarked delivery time.
If the message is received after this point in time, we will be unable to process a refund.
We will be in touch within 48 hours with what we can offer (replacement/refund).
Our 2 hour limit is in place to ensure that the shipment is not left outside for an extended period of time upon delivery so please be sure to be around for the delivery.

Marbling
Most of the bettas available for sale anywhere carries the marble gene.
The marble gene is what allows us to get these magnificent colors from bettas previously unseen.
Marbling is something that we do not have control over as it happens naturally.
Due to this, it is possible for your betta to look different from the posted pictures/video.The posted pictures/video will depict what the betta looks like at the time of posting.

Lighting
Our pictures and video are taken under cold white LED lighting.
This brings out the colors of each betta to the maximum.
There will be differences in color if the betta is placed under natural lighting.
A metallic blue/green betta will look green under LED lighting but will look blue in natural lighting.
To get the best idea of what each betta looks like, please be sure to check the video before purchasing.
