1995  Chevrolet P-chassis PEI P3 Automatic transmission, gas engine.  Odometer says 032376,  The vehicle is built on a truck frame. There is no shower or fridge, -- it's manufactured as a mobile medical office, has a little triage area with a computer-desk. There is an intercom system and there are earphone jacks at several seats and phone jacks front to back and a computerized levelling system. Lot's of switches.  The levelling system doesn't even buzz (maybe a fuse).  We don't  know if the rest works.) This vehicle was used as a bare-bones emergency shelter for a few months, we didn't use the plumbing and heating systems.  The ceiling is unstained and clean.  The roof has no leaks.

VERY TALL AND ROOMY, all non-porous surfaces. It's not long as RVs go, but it has a completely different feel inside, clear and spacious. Lots of windows with folding shades, all excellent in fine condition.   Tow bar, 2 ACs, central propane furnace and extra just for the back room (bedroom), awning included that needs mounting.   I had a mechanic take a test drive April 8. It drives beautifully, not like a truck -- has a LOVELY SMOOTH RIDE ! .  He said the brakes are not good for highway speeds, but OK for around town, and that the engine was good and the transmission was shifting correctly.  Other things need attention:  AC, interior dome light, leveler system, horn, low beams, door locks, battery clamp, and power step.  Otherwise it's roadworthy and in good condition. Asking $4700.   It's not insured, but you can buy it with a half-hour warranty to take a test drive.

DON'T BE SHY to make an offer. VERY MOTIVATED SELLER HERE, MUST MOVE RV by court order. Possible trade for legal services. Town of Brattleboro, Vermont is evicting our emergency homeless shelter and is suing us for $4 million for sheltering homeless people in RVs. The lawsuits are all rumors and technicalities.  This is the last RV.  The others were donated away for homeless people to use. See brmse.org .
