Tested and working. This scanner is from an estate - He took great care of his items which is why the unit is almost like brand new

Everything seems to be there except for the AC wall plug in power cord, I do not see it in the box, I tested it with the lighter plug for a vehicle

Everything appears to be in working order.

Ready for you to program! Antenna is in great condition and fully extends no problem.  Box is in pretty good condition
