The Whistler Pendant is 2-1/4" long (including a bail) and s 3/4" in diameter.

The marks are on the ring by the bail (pictures ##4 and 5) and on the item at the beginning (pictures ##6 and 7) as follow: Initials "F.A." (in Russian letters) for the maker, followed by Russian Hallmark and "84" - Russian Silver Standard.
