The top of the skirt has been made in a very good quality Black lycra fabric which is stretchy & very comfortable to wear (fits in all the right places VERY FIGURE FLATTERING). It has a black elasticated low waistband which is worn on higher hips, it has a 5.5 inch shaped top.

The skirt has been made in a totally stunning Black,Brown vintage clocks print cotton fabric with black pleated panels, I have overlocked on the outer edge in black which looks AWESOME. This skirt has been finished with two brown  satin bows .
