See the photos for the fine condition - light general handling/storage/age-related blemishes mainly noticeable to the corners, edges and folds. This includes a 1cm split across the left cross-fold and 5mm split to the middle cross-fold. There are also 5mm tears where three of the folds meet the edges. And some light discolouration running along the horizontal fold on the back - but this can't be seen from the front.
