This seems to be something of a super rare Tomy set from the 80s

I cannot even find this on Google! Any insight into this is most welcome.

It is not like the fashion plates or wheel.

This uses ink which you paint on stencils, to then be pressed onto fabric.

It is complete and has never been used.

All small accessories are still sealed in the bags.

It looks to me like a couple of the ink tubes have leaked slightly as if the foil has perished in a spot, and some residue is visible on the outside of these tubes.

The box has some storage wear (I got this and a few other 80s bits from someone that had a toy shop way back and is cleaning out their loft before going into residential care)

hopefully this will eventually find its proper home in somebody’s collection.
