"Rare", superbly detailed, Minichamps 1:43 scale replica model Super Aguri-Honda SA08, driven by Anthony Davidson in the first four grands prix of the 2008 Formula One season.

As the start of the 2008 season drew near the team's financial difficulties became apparent. Although the SA08 passed the mandatory FIA crash test, it was not until the Magma Group were understood to be acquiring Super Aguri that Takuma Sato and Anthony Davidson were confirmed as drivers, and it was only when the team arrived for the first race in Australia that the Sa08 was officially unveiled.

Anthony Davidson retired from the first race after a collision involving, Jenson Button, Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber. Davidson finished fifteenth in Malaysia but, by Bahrain, the SA08 was off the pace. Davidson eventually finished sixteenth after qualifying 21st. Davidson was then forced to retire from the Spanish Grand Prix in what would prove to be the SA08 and the Super Aguri team's final Grand Prix. 
Ahead of the next race in Turkey, the team's trucks the team's trucks were banned from accessing the circuit. The Magma Group takeover collapsed, and a later deal from the Weigl Group failed to pass Honda's scrutiny.
