When you brew tea in a Tokoname-yaki teapot, the iron oxide contained in the teapot and the tannins in the tea react, removing the bitterness of the tea and giving it a mellow, delicious flavor.

 

``Obi-ami tea strainer'' has a stainless steel mesh that goes around the inside of the teapot.

By eliminating the basket, the tea leaves can spread easily in the teapot and you can enjoy delicious tea.
