This game comes complete in box (CIB) with the manual included but without the registration card. It is a NTSC-U/C (US/Canada) version and was published by SEGA in the United States Disc and manual both look to be in great shape and can refer to the photos for a closer look. Only thing standing out is front of the case is a bit scratched up (photo 8), but again manual and discs both looking good.
