Instructions:

• Coarse Sharpening Groove: Ceramic abrasive blades for repairing scratches on scissors.

To use the knife sharpener, place it on a platform, hold the handle with your left hand, and place the knife vertically in the v-shaped groove with your right hand. Pull the knife straight back (do not push forward) with appropriate force, press the arrow direction for many times until the knife is sharpened. Then, place the knife vertically in the "fine grinding" v-shaped groove and pull the knife as above to achieve the best sharpness of the knife.

Note: Please check the position or angle of the knife entering the v-groove! If it is not sharp enough, please grind the knife again.
