This Ronson "Crown" lighter is the Type II variety with a "Flat Top" design, manufactured from 1949 to 1954 when the style was discontinued!! It is working and a got it to spark BUT it does not spark on every attempt and need to be serviced!! It is a heavy lighter with silver plating and could also double as a paperweight!! The felt ring on the bottom is also missing but can be easily replaced!!
