Shipping & Collection
- You item will be dispatched within 2 working days of placing your order.
- If your item is dispacthed on a pallet (this will be mentioned in the description) then the buyer must have means of unloading a pallet from a lorry.
- The buyer must seek a quote for shipping if the delivery address is within any of the UK islands (inluding NI) or the Scotish Highlands
- Collection is from Apex FBA Services in Hexham, Northumberland.
Returns
- Only items that have been retuened and unused will be eligible for a refund
- Shipping to the buyer will only be refunded if the item (on return) is found to be faulty or incorrectly described.
- If the buer chooses to cancel their order or wishes to retirn the order for reasons other than the item is faulty or incorrectly described, it must be returned for a refund within 14 days at the buyer's expense. A restock fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
