In good condition, it's not perfect and could probably use a dust over, I played the same game grudge that I tested the 4 units I've listed with, and it works and read the disc fine, however it was a bit jittery on this occasion, not sure if I'd not put the scart in fully, if there's dust where I can't see, but it played and had sounds.

It comes with power lead and TV cable only no controller
