Cabinet card photo of a train wreck along a river by Greenfield, Massachusetts photographer Smedley.  I presume the river is the Connecticut River, which runs past Greenfield.  Nothing written on back of card.  As for date, the card looks to date to the 1870s or 1880s.  Card approximately 6.5 by 4.15 inches.
