How to Use:
1. A. Battery installation

B. Installation before use
1. Each time you use this product, first stick the sleep patch on the black conductive rubber on the back of the sleep device, then use your fingers to dip the attached conductive gel, apply an appropriate amount on the sleep patch, and let it fully contact with the skin to obtain the best conduction effect.
Note: After the first use, the sleep patch does not need to be removed from the sleep device, and a transparent film is attached for easy storage.
2. Place the product in the center of the inner wrist, align the front edge of the product with the position of the first horizontal line on the wrist, and then fasten the wrist strap properly. (It can make the conductive rubber at the bottom of the machine body fully contact with the skin, and it does not need to be too tight, so as to avoid the phenomena of poor blood circulation)
3. Check whether the output "strength valve" is positioned at the minimum position, and then press the switch key to enter the sleep aid mode.
