Massage Therapy Steps:
1. First massage the back with massage oil or cream for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Select the appropriate accessories and connect the metal head to the socket with a hose.
3. Have the client lie face down on the bed.
4. Turn the strength knob to 1/4 and select the inhalation time and release time.
5. Place the product on the back, making sure it is in contact with the skin, and slide it from top to bottom. Remember to always glide in the same direction.
6. After 20 minutes, turn the machine off by turning the strength knob to the left.

Gua Sha, Cupping Treatment:
Step 1: Start by massaging your back with massage oil or cream for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 2: Choose the appropriate cup size and connect the cups with silicone tubing.
Step 3: Turn the strength knob to 1/4 and select the suction out time.
Step 4: Place both cups on your back, making sure the cups are tight against your skin and there are no gas leaks. Turn the strength knob from left to right until the skin is lifted, then adjust the strength knob for more suction to achieve the best comfort for the customer. Slowly move the cup from neck to shoulder to back to waist to hip, back and forth about 3 to 4 times, turn the strength knob to the left, the cup will loosen, then apply lifting cream, oil to the skin and massage the arms for 2 to 3 minutes.

Chest Lift:
Step 1. First massage the chests with massage oil or cream for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 2. Choose the cups according to the user's body condition and connect the two cups with a Y shaped hose.
Step 3. Have the client half sleep and half prop up the chests, cover the chests with plastic sheet, do not use if the chests are sunken.
Turn the strength knob to 1/4 and select the suction time and release time.
Step 5. Place both cups on the chests, making sure the cups are tight against the skin and there are no gas leaks. Turn the strength knob from left to right until the chests are lifted, then adjust the strength knob for more suction until you achieve the best comfortable feeling for the client.
Step 6. After 20 minutes, turn the strength knob to the left, loosen the cups, then apply the lifting cream, oil and massage the chests for 2 to 3 minutes.

Hip Lift:
Step 1. First massage the buttocks with massage oil or cream for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 2. Select docking cups according to the user's body and connect the two cups with a small Y shaped hose.
Step 3. Have the client lie face down on the bed.
Turn the strength knob to 1/4 and select the inhalation time and release time.
Place the cups on the buttocks, making sure the cups are tight against the skin and that there are no gas leaks. Turn the strength knob from left to right to lift the buttocks, then adjust the strength knob for more suction to give the client the best comfort.
After 20 minutes, loosen the "strength" knob to the left, then apply the cream to the hips and massage the chests for 2 to 3 minutes.

Operation Steps:
1. The initial configuration of the machine M1, M2, M3 three modes.
2. M1 mode suck 1s, release 1s.
3. M2 mode suck 3s, release 3s.
4. M3 mode suck 6s, release 6s.
