Payment Policy

Payment must be received within 3 days of the auction’s closing. Otherwise, the winning bidder will forfeit the right to purchase the item. Please ask the seller any questions regarding other payment questions or options prior to bidding.

Return Policy

Any returns must be done within 3 days of receiving the purchased item. The item purchased may be return for a full refund and reimbursed shipping cost only if the received item does not match the auction’s description. 

The item must be returned in its original condition before any credit can be issued. Please contact us ASAP if you are not satisfied with an order or transaction, we are willing to help. Please ask any questions regarding the return policy prior to bidding.

General Insurance Policy

Full insurance is required for all purchases and a new invoice will be sent to accommodate costs.

Shipping & Handling

Items are shipped Monday - Saturday, excluding Holidays and Sundays. We will ship in one business day once payment is cleared! We ship via USPS Priority Mail for domestic customers and USPS Priority Mail for international customers. Shipping and handling costs may vary due to insurance requirements. 

International Shipping & Insurance Policy

The buyer is solely liable for any custom duties, taxes and fees. These are not included in the auction price or shipping costs. Please be aware of the extra shipping time required for the item to be cleared by customs. Pursuant to the shipping company used and the shipping destination, please be aware of insurance amount limits. Please ask any questions regarding insurance prior to bidding.
