The top of the skirt has been made in a very good quality baby pink spotted  lycra fabric which is stretchy & very comfortable to wear (fits in all the right places VERY FIGURE FLATTERING). This skirt  has a white  elasticated low waistband which is worn on higher hips, it has a 5.5 inch shaped top.

The skirt has been made in a totally stunning   babt pink & white skulls and tartan check fabrics with pink check pleated panels, I have overlocked on the outer edge in white which looks AWESOME. This skirt has been finished with two baby pink satin bows .  Looks amazing with thick woollen tights & DM's perfect for winter
