This nifty cover(pretty clean, but having some creases here and there, and missing its back flap) was sent on May 7, 1909, from Reinhold Aberle, Jerusalem, to Suhl, Germany, via the German Post Office in Jerusalem! Outside of some slight creases around its top, the blue, Germania issue overprinted 1-Piaster for use in German Offices in the Ottoman Empire is in fine condition! The stamp has become slightly detached from the cover in that same area due to a slight crease in the envelope behind it. This particular CDS from the German Post Office in Jerusalem is not seen all that often, though!
