This uncommon, nifty cover(no letter) was sent from Keijo(present-day Seoul; a decent strike of the, "Keijo," CDS), Korea(then occupied by the Japanese), to Shiga Prefecture, Japan, on November 30, 1912! It arrived at its destination on 12/02/12(a pretty neat receiving CDS!)! The red, 3-Sen Japanese definitive is in excellent condition! The envelope, made of Japanese, WASHI, paper, is in pretty good condition! There are some of the usual creases that you see with this kind of material. It does have some stains here and there on either side. It's been reduced a bit at the top due to having been opened there. Noted imperfections aside, this remains a nifty piece of Korean and Japanese postal history!
