Unmarked E.F Jones #1 or #0 Oil Lamp Burner with Early 7-3/4" Chimney.

The thumbwheel has May 4, 1858 & January 24, 1860 patent dates but does not have the Jones name.

The chimney has a flared lip base that locks tightly into the burner with a spring-clip.

The top of the chimney has original flaws and a small chip that might also be from when it was made. The line near the top is actually a bubble, so there are no cracks. Just a small chip on the fitter.

Untested, for use. The knob turns and a wick moved up and down when we tried a new one.

The chimney is 7-3/4" tall with a 1-5/8" flared fitter and 3" diameter bulge. The burner is about 1-3/4" diameter with a #1 connector (7/8")
