This is a good example of a French language Baedeker's Guide covering South-Western France, from the Loire to the Spanish border.    Published in 1912.  This is the 9th edition of this guide. 

It is generally in very good condition.

The covers are in very good condition with very little wear, bright gilt titles, and no markings or damage. Just slight bumping to the edges.

The spine cloth is in very good condition with normal wear. There is faint superficial rubbing, and slight bumping to the top and bottom edges.  No other markings or damage.  

All the15 maps, 34 town plans and the panorama appear to be complete.    All are in excellent condition with very little wear and no markings or damage.

The binding is excellent.

The pages are in excellent condition, with very little wear or discolouration.

This is a fascinating travel handbook of 512 pages, full of contemporary information about the many areas of interest in and around South-Western France at the start of the 20th century.
