Generally in very good condition.

The covers are in excellent condition with very little wear.  Just faint bumping to the edges.  No markings or damage.  The gilt title is bright.

The spine cloth is in very good condition with very little wear.  Slight superficial bumping and very faint splitting to the edges. No other markings or damage.  The gilt title is bright.

All the 34 maps, 22 plans, 12 building plans and the 2 panoramas are present.  They are in excellent condition with very little wear and no markings or damage, apart from a very small inner edge tear to the first map.

The pages are in excellent condition with very little wear or discolouration.  

There are small pen inscriptions on blank pages inside the front and rear covers of the guide.

The binding is very good.

A fascinating travel handbook of 482 pages, full of contemporary information about the many areas of interest in and around Austria at the start of the 1930s.
