The covers are in very good condition, with normal wear. Slight rubbing and wear to top edge. No other markings or damage.
The spine cloth is also in very good condition with very little wear. No markings or damage. Just faint bumping to the top and bottom edges.
The binding is excellent.
The pages are in very good condition, with very little wear and just slight discolouration at the edges. No markings or damage.
The 14 maps and plans are all in place. They are in excellent condition with very little wear and no markings or damage.
Overall, in very good condition for a book which is well over 130 years old.
