-Return Policy-

If you choose to return one of our products, we must receive it first in order to initiate a refund. The buyer needs to supply us with evidence of any damage and their reasoning for returning the product. No exchanges. No international returns.

We accept 30-day free returns on the following,

New Products:

 Returns will be accepted if the product fails to match its listing description, if the product is broken or defective in any way, or if the buyer decides they no longer want it.

• The item(s) must be in new and unworn condition. The product must come in the original box and be in the same condition as it arrived initially. 

Pre-owned Products:

Returns will be accepted if the product fails to match its listing description, if the product is broken or defective in any way, or if the buyer decides they no longer want it.

• The item(s) must be in the same condition as it arrived. The product does not need to come back with its original packaging unless the pre-owned item came with its original box. 

-Shipping-

• Orders ship out fast, a label will be created within 24 hours of a placed order.

• Orders will be dropped off at the post office the next day (or the following Monday if an order is placed on Friday after 5PM)

• Orders can only be shipped to eBay authorised addresses. If you placed an order with the wrong address on file, let us know,  we'll cancel the order so it can be replaced with the correct address.

• Auctions - If payment is not received within three days the order will be cancelled, unless the buyer reaches out to us.
