Because of an elastic below bodice and an elastic smocked back bodice this will fit a variety of sizes.  There is no size specified on the tags so I'll try to be as accurate as possible. The little "vest is attached at neck/arms but the ties do untie so it can be adjusted. The elastic below the bust measures 35"-52"Upper back stretches as well and the elastic peasant neckline will hold a larger pair of "girls". I'd say this would fit maybe 8-16...possibly 18?. Biggest fit issue would be the sleeves. If you are in the upper size range and have large arms it may be too tight. This sleeve measuring from underarm straight across is approx 15.5" around. Keep that in mind. Approx 51" long from top of shoulder. This is really nice quality shirt weight linen. Side  pockets, button long sleeves and 1 extra button.
