SALES TAX  if you live in a state that requires sales taxes on items bought on Ebay, Ebay will 

calculate the taxes due and add it on to the invoice.  I do not receive the sales taxes, but 

Ebay will collect it and send it in to the appropriate states. 

Please note that this is not real, but a dollhouse miniature, and not meant as toys for small children!

These small items may be a choking hazard, so please keep them out of the hands of the little ones.

merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws."
