Best use practices:
Upon receiving your machines carefully unbox them and place in a well ventilated area with adequate filtration. The better ventilated the area the more efficiently your machines will run. Make sure power and internet are present with the machine as that is essential for it to run. To configure your mining pool please consult this youtube tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJTsYI6ivF8 .Periodically air compressor dust the machine and any filters or fans you use in your setup to ensure optimal heat dissipation and longevity. North American buildings are sometimes only installed with 120v panels so please ensure your panel and plug are delivering 200-277v to the machine. You are entirely responsible to create an optimal machine environment for your units. Sound proofing and HVAC ducting can be installed depending on your machines location of operation.
Do NOT update or change the firmware!!! We have done the research into the optimal firmware versions to ensure nameplate hashrate and machine longevity. If the machine is returned non functional on a modified firmware version you will be ineligible for a refund. If you would like to change the firmware do so at your own discretion! (Firmware version is tracked)

We offer no free returns based on feelings or external circumstances that you may have. Your purchase decision is final. Non functionality of the machine is the only valid reason for parts replacement or machine replacement. We track all serial numbers of each individual component within the machine to prevent return fraud and abuse as well as test our machines before shipment. If you do experience a malfunction on delivery we will be happy to ship replacements free of charge. Keep in mind some machines may arrive with visual defects such as rust, scratches or corrosion. This does not affect the computational integrity and is not a reason for worry or reason for return.
