These were the exact platforms and trainers that I used to prepare my legs to play ball during my collegiate and professional football career. 

The size is LARGE, which will accommodate any men's size shoe greater than 10. 

The velco straps are all extremely sturdy, lightly used and are in fantastic condition. The rubber soles themselves as you can see from the photos, were only ever used INDOORS. The tread remains NEARLY FACTORY PERFECT, to this day. The proprioceptor plugs - honestly have NEVER BEEN USED, and remain in PERFECT CONDITION. 

The entire basis & theory behind the jumpsole program, is to teach your lower half to train whilst loading the front half of your foot during any weight bearing activity - therefore your calf muscles are engaged literally at all times.

I wore these playing basketball for conditioning, I wore these literally lifting weights in the weight room, and all of my speed/conditioning & pliability programs I used in college were done so wearing these for a short time. 

To be honest my goal was to dunk a basketball - I am a 5'11 white guy with a sub 30 inch vertical leap at baseline prior to using these. Although I was gifted with many talents, vertical leap and speed were not in my favor.

I can truthfully say that these products were the reason I got to the point of running a 4.7 second 40 yard dash, I was squatting 500 pounds, deadlifting 600 pounds and I was dunking a basketball with 2 hands in my prime even catching alley oop dunks.

My vertical leap upon assessment prior to ending my college career was a staggering 36.5 inches - this product is incredible, but it comes with a limited warning. 

NOTHING IN LIFE WORKS, UNLESS YOU DO... To any young man or aspiring pro athlete out there who has areas of weakness and wishes to improve - these are single handedly the most valuable tool in my arsenal to assist you with vertical leap, balance, coordination, stability, agility and speed. They are an all-in-one product, but nothing works in reality unless YOU ARE WILLING TO PUT THE WORK IN. 

Rest assured, these are in fantastic condition, you'll have to forgive some of the cat fur that's in the velcro straps during photographing the product, I will be certain to vacuum the fabric and lint roll the item prior to shipping.
