How to find an NTSC for N64 system that outputs RGB:

1. If your serial number starts with "NS1" (US), "NUJ1" (Japan), or a French system with model "NUS‑001(FRA)", then you most likely have a compatible for N64. It is said that some early Canadian for N64s also contained this chip.

2. Many older Brazilian for N64s contain the same chip and can be retrofitted with RGB. Even though Brazil uses PAL‑M, it's still 60Hz and only compatible with NTSC games

3. If you have a serial number that starts with anything else, or a PAL console not compatible with this mod.

4. This modification is only applicable to NUS‑CPU‑01/02/03/04 motherboard version! Also, make sure your motherboard has a "VDC‑NUS"/"VDC‑NUS A" chip (U4). If not stop here! Your console is not compatible with this mod board!
