Antique Edwardian Victorian Cotton White Half Slip Petticoat Embroidery AS IS. This authentic antique petticoat is made from a light weight white cotton. Below the hipline are four stitch pleats. Below that is elaborate floral embroidery and open crochet work. This slip falls just below the knee and is not full length. There is a side seam slit and hooks and eyes for closure. A panel of fabric has been added to make the skirt larger, please see photos.
