We request immediate contact is made with us within 3 days of receipt of item and the item must be returned within 14 days via a signed or tracked delivery service.

We have security measures in place on our items if these labels are damaged or removed in any way we have every right to refuse a refund this includes if an item has been worn or is returned in NOT the same condition as sent to you.
