I have been knitting these bedsocks for some years.

The pattern has 3 sizes Large [shoe size 7+] Medium [shoe size 5 or 6]  and Small [shoe size below 5]

Each sock is knitted in one piece with only one seam across the sole and up the back to sew up.

The pattern requires 200g of Double Knit yarn and this is used with 2 strands together to knit up very quickly. The 200g will make about 3 bedsocks! If knitting stripes you will need 50g of a second colour.

You may want to use round elastic instead of a cord.

A pair of 6.5 mm UK size 3 needles.
