It is a handmade rosary of carved mother of pearl, made in Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus in the Holy Land. The rosary is composed of round 3/8” carved abalone beads, and is almost 19” long when completely extended. It comes in a lined plain card presentation box 8 1/4 by 2 1/4” in size..

The 1 1/2”long crucifix has the word “Bethlehem”, hand written in blue ink on its reverse, and there is a silver medal of the Crucifixion attached, with Crusaders Cross depicted on the reverse.

The rosary is graded in near mint condition, and comes from a 1960s/70s priest's collection of items from the Holy land. A FREE holy card, with image of the Christ Child and pressed flowers from Jerusalem comes with the purchase of the rosary & box.
