Edwardian Ivory Cream Needlerun Net Embroidered Tambour Lace Ruffled Poet Blouse

This antique Edwardian era ivory cream needlerun net embroidered tambour lace ruffled poet blouse dates from 1910. It is made of a sheer off white ivory cream color cotton needlerun net tambour embroidered lace fabric with a floral vine leaf pattern and ruffled decorative scalloped bottom edging. This lovely lace pretty poet blouse pirate shirt has a high neck collar, ruffled flounce trim down the front with hook closures hidden underneath, long fitted sleeves with flared ruffle cuffs, ruched gathering on the waist and is sheer, unlined. The top measures 20 inches long, with a 34 inch chest, 26 inch waist, 20 inch long sleeve, 15 inch back and 13 inch neck. It is in good condition, has not been cleaned with only some slight faint yellowing discoloration. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
