OWNERSHIP: We do not transfer item ownership, reset passwords, or include any software unless otherwise stated in the listing.
PARTS & REPAIR: Items being sold for parts and repair, we perform a general inspection of items sold for parts and repair. If an item is sold for parts and repair, there may be additional item defects which may or may not be included in the the listing description. There are no returns and / or refunds for items sold for parts and repair. Items sold for parts and repair are sold “AS IS”
COMBINE SHIPPING: If multiple auctions are won, items will be combined whenever possible, to save you money on shipping expenses. Note:some items can’t be combined. Please let me know if you are waiting on another auction to complete so I don’t assume you are a slow payer. PLEASE WAIT for a combine invoice before sending payment. Once payment is made, the auction(s) is considered closed. Other auction(s) won won’t be combined for shipping.
RETURNS: If for some reason an item(s) must be returned, shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item is received in error, or has a problem and is my fault (not the manufacturer) shipping cost will be reimbursed. If an item received is not what the buyer wanted or purchased by mistake, shipping charges both ways are not refundable. Most electronics are also non-returnable since I would have no idea if they have been misused. If an item(s) is damaged due to shipping, we will contact the shipper and refund the purchase price but would need pictures of the item(s) and box damage. Again, shipping charges are non-refundable.
PAYMENT: Must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 days of the auction closing date, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed with E-Bay.
FEEDBACK: I encourage you to leave “Positive Feedback” once the transaction has been completed and you have received the item. I always leave “Positive Feedback” once it is left for me & this informs me that you have received the item(s). If you have a problem with what was received, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt so I can rectify the issue.
