Rare Vintage Webster RW-5 Oil Dampened Balance Beam Reloading Powder Scale w/Box

Comes with the original oil bottle. Also comes with the original box, however the box is absolutely trashed. It’s in terrible condition with holes and tears and it’s falling apart. The scale itself is in good condition.
