From an estate collection, this doll is the original Malibu Barbie, made in 1971 by Mattel, marked Japan.

She has a great face with bright original coloring, blue eyes, & coral lips.

Her blonde hair is long & shiny, without missing plugs or cuts.

The body is in great shape, with nice sun-tanned coloring. Also a TNT waist with each knee bending & holding 3 times.

Barbie wears her original blue swimsuit and has her original yellow beach towel. Both in good shape.

She also comes with a cute 6-piece vintage wardrobe. This includes: 4 early Barbie Beach Pieces (2 with zippers), two silky Sears 'Best Buy' lounge pieces from the 70's, and a pair of wedgie shoes. All in good, just slightly used condition.
