Hard to find spiral bound hardcover oversized book normally used by teachers during story time.  This has held up pretty good for being published in 1989.  The exterior has normal wear from use.. scuffs, worn edges, etc.  The interior is in very nice condition, it just has a stamp on the inside cover from the school it was previously used in.
