A gorgeous and rare Sheaffer Grand Connaisseur Fountain Pen in the classic black laque finish . It has 23 carat gold plated trim and a solid gold two tone nib - which looks like a broad italic which appears to be uninked. This is the heavier and rarer version of the Connaisseur.
The pen is in near mint condition - it has a tiny mark near the clip which can be seen in photo 5.
It comes without a convertor and is supplied in an old Sheaffer box.
