Hardcover book with decorative boards (no dust jacket) published by Food Products Press 1994, 172 pages with some black and white photographs. ISBN 9781560220121

“The treatment and presentation of aquaculture is thorough and unique, covering the basics. The comparisons of aquaculture with other forms of agriculture, and fisheries resource management and their role in environmental issues are addressed. It is particularly refreshing to have global perspectives explained In a very practical and futuristic manner. The authors have prepared a text which should be useful, not only as an introductory text, but also as A BASIC GUIDE FOR THE NOVICE AQUACULTURIST.” —Scott H. Newton, PhD, Research Leader, Virginia State University Aquaculture Program
