Important

A combined invoice can be issued for up to 5 items. All items should be on the same invoice and must be won and paid for within 4 days to qualify for a combined shipping and packaging discount.

Please note that we operate from two warehouses. If items were purchased from different warehouse locations, we won't be able to combine them into a single invoice.

To ensure smooth delivery, orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Be sure to provide the correct delivery address when making payment.


Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict buyers from participating in POPPRI Fashion Auctions if they violate our company's policies or if we have had negative experiences with the buyer. Some legitimate reasons for blocking a buyer include:

Items won over the weekend will typically be dispatched on Monday. Our goal is to pack and send out your items promptly. However, during busy periods, it may take up to 2 working days for your parcel to be dispatched.

  • When completing the return declaration form, ensure you provide an accurate description and the exact winning price of each item being returned. Failure to do so may result in customs clearance issues, and the package will be returned to you as it won't match the original invoice sent to customs from your order page.

  • All returned goods must be sent from the same address as the original shipment and match the sender's name specified at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued if these conditions are not met, as it will hinder customs clearance.

  • Our return policy excludes AUCTION ITEMS

We will refund the original item's cost but will not reimburse any postage costs unless the issue is caused by us.


Responsibility
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item remains your responsibility until it's received by us.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for your returns.

  • Payment for returned items cannot be refunded if they get lost in transit without tracking or are still held at customs.
