The skirt has a black elasticated low waistband which is worn on higher hips, it has a 5 inch shaped top which has a 6 silver D Ringed corset front which has been laced up with black satin ribbon. It has a very fully well shaped frilly skirt measuring just under 7 inches (including the frilly edge) which has been made in a lovely tartan fabric  and finished with a black lace pleated filly edge and 2 layers of soft netting .
