An original 1951 programme for the "115 Construction Regiment Royal Engineers (Territorial Army) Reopening of the Burnaby Road Drill Hall'.

It measures approximately 14.5cm x 22cm, and has 4pp inside soft card covers.Published locally by Gale & Polden. It has the gold embossed badges of the Territorial Army and the Royal Engineers on the front.

This took place on 22nd and 23rd September, 1951. It was opened by the Lord Mayor, Alderman Albert Johnson J.P.

There is the composition of the Regiment inside the front cover. The rest of the programme has a colour print of the royal Engineers opening the way through the minefields at El Alamein on the night of 23rd October 1942, the order of proceedings in the centre pages, a history of the 115 Construction Regiment R.E. (T.A.), and a list of the Officers of the Regiment on the inside back cover.

There are some light brown toning spots on the cover, and some very feint toning to the page with the colour print. Still quite good overall.
