In a good tested condition. Please note that the internal PCB is paired with the motherboard of the console, so you will need to use the PCB of the disc drive you will be replacing this with! (So the original PCB is not present in this). The only difference between the Series X disc drive compared to the Xbox one X/S is that a little metal hook on the outside case is not present (it is not present here).
