Epson Perfection V200 Photo Flatbed Scanner Only. Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel.

Scanner powers up, light turns green and then flashes green whilst scanning head moves (it moves fine). Then once this has finished, it starts flashing red. I have tried computer software related fixes so I’m thinking it’s hardware related. I did notice that the head light didn’t ever come on, so that may be the issue?
